Allergies causing high cortisol - thats good information. I do suffer from hay fever though it has not been bad this year. But I will keep a special lookout for that.

I do not have the high BP and Blood Sugar usually associated with Cushings so I am kind of clinging to that.

SInce I have high cortisol I am not sure what I should do as Wilsons book mostly addresses low cortisol.
