My husband and I get the horrible rash on the negative side when we use the yellow wrist bands. We have set up with the reusable self-adhering electrodes that are used with the TENS units. We never get a rash with those.
As was suggested, I tried zapping my ankles and even soaked the bands in vinegar. The rash was awful. It has been weeks since we used the bands and I STILL get itching from them. However the pads work wonderfully.
To zap 'down there', the copper rods are best. You can wrap them with a thin wet paper towel and put them anywhere. ANYWHERE. I zapped my uterus very successfully. Didn't need to get the surgery after I zapped for several hours over the course of 2 days with the copper rods. I 'planted' one [get my meaning?] and moved the other over different parts of my body. I also reversed the alligator clips in order to reverse the polarity. This was very successful.
I provided my email address so you can email me if you want to. I have been zapping for over 4 years.
