Re: The importance of leaky gut.

Hi

you are right. I have leaky gut also. However, some intestinal parasites bore holes in the gut too. It's not just candida. parasites and candida are very often housemates, their preferred environments being pretty much the same.

Therefore I would strongly recommend a parasite cleanse. Its not expensive and the die off is no worse than candida. Humaworm also treats candida as a parasite, which it is, and kills a whole load of it off along with the blood suckers (yuk!).

I have passed hundreds upon hundreds of liver flukes, dwarf tapeworms, eggs, a giant intestinal fluke (only one that I know of, didnt search for any more!), and heaven knows how many microscopic ones. So no matter how much I treated leaky gut and candida, my gut environment was toxic even if I lived on nothing but brocolli, and my leaky gut would never heal wth all that inside me.

Give it a go. Im coming to the end of my first cleanse and can defintely say I feel stronger and my energy levels, whilst not up particularly, are sustained longer, which is wonderful.

Fiona
