No, I dont think 30 days has been enough. Humaworm has advised me to do a second cleanse after a 90 break. I finish this cleanse tomorrow, thank God. My hair has poured out since about 4 days into the cleanse. I had the same reaction when I was taking an oregano complex for my candida, but some of the ingredients in that are also in the parasite cleanse. It stopped as soon as I stopped taking it. Luckily, I have enough hair to cope with it, but it hasnt been very nice. It seems to get everywhere!

BUt no, to answer your question, I havent done anything else. My body seems to have enough to cope with doing the cleanse alone. I am going to carry on with my candida diet when I finish and give myself a bit of a rest for a while, coz whilst we are detoxing ourselves, our liver has it all to cope with even if we are supplementing.

That said, I will be doing P&B shakes. I got a giant intestinal fluke doing that a couple of months ago. Lovely!
