I have started the stated dose on day two..day 1, I took just one capsules am and pm

Iam absolutely flattened..is this the toxins from the parasites being killed?

I have not noticed anything different in my stools yet. I am making sure that I do not get constipated too..

Roughly when can I hope to see the tiredness reduce?
