It is very difficult. Ive been fighting for more than two years, as well, and whilst I have come a long long way since the beginning, I feel I will never be fully rid of it. On top of it all, we are subject to a bland diet while everyone around us enjoys the odd treat,whereas for me the odd treat makes me ill.

I have almost completed a parasite cleanse (Humaworm, he has a forum here on curezone), and I must admit that a lot of my symptoms have reduced. parasites and candida are often present together, so it might be a help if you did a parasite cleanse also. His product is not very expensive and whilst I had a bad die off the third week, it has generally been painless experience.

You might want to look into adranal fatigue and address this. I have also been looking at the SC Diet. It makes a lot of sense and can be modified for candida with the elimination of bananas grapes and melons.
