The WholeFoods girl just said it was never effective when she has tried it for a UTI. Generally when this happens to me (which is OFTEN), I need immediate relief as it comes on like a freight train. As far as the CS, I just recently heard about using that and from this thread and the one above this...it seems to be quite effective. I will try anything at this point, but it needs to be strong, quick, and effective. I actually have an appointment with a urologist on Monday. The last time I consulted with one, he said that I would just have to suffer through my "headaches down there"....condescending old prick. HA! Tweet
