Thank you both for another recommendation. I would never have thought of trying colon cleansing for eczema, and uh, I've never even heard of the term Liver Flushes until now (I will look at the Hulda Clark page after typing this).

Procuring those ingredients that Tom so kindly listed out is going to be a bit of a problem. It's both the availability and the cost of it. >_<

Anyway, it's really heartening to know that there are so many things I can learn about and do to help my skin. Many thanks.
