Desperate Help Needed with Severe Eczema

Hi,

I have really severe eczema where there is patches of wounds amidst rough scarred skin. These constantly weeping wounds take really long to heal, and they have a tendency to spread to the normal skin around it.

I was previously using steriod creams but I have stopped using them as I realise they have been thinning my skin.

I'm quite at my wit's end, and feeling quite hopeless about the situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
