Re: Zoe,
Hello again PJ,
In between point A, your old *comfort zone* and point B,
where you will find your new *comfort zone*, you *will*
feel dis-comforted and lost. This is a time however when
lack of control is normal and like Maya said, it is a
time to cry, to grieve the loss of the old and for the
pain of change.
Some times its the river of tears which is your vehicle
for shifting since surely these kinds of major life changes
are often the ones we do not accept willingly.
Hang on for the ride and everytime you feel a wave hit you,
let yourself fall, knowing in your heart of heart, that you
will stand up again. You will find the light at the end
of your tunnel even if that is difficult to imagine right
now.
Be sure to keep hydrated and dose yourself with vitamins
and good food and juices since stress can take a toll
nutritionally and you need to be supportive of yourself
as you go through this uncharted territory.
Take those steps Maya suggested to reach out to *you* and to
love yourself and be your best friend.
I have been praying for you and send energy that you will
find peace on your path to healing and closure.
blessings,
Zoe
