Re: Lessons Learnt From a 15 Day Fast

Excellent Post.
A few comments:
BELIEF is EVERYTHING. that is why advertisers spend billions each year to wrongly influence humans THOUGHT and beliefs. I bought the dvd, the bible on tape, a 1700 hour dvd reading with illustrations of the entire bible on 2 paper thin dvds, it is awesome. $29.95
Also I read/mind eat, only CS World Moniter news and read and mind, eye, ear, eat only CS lectures and works etc. no junk ear, mind, eye, food, no junk thought feeding. If I see regular TV I see the poisoned beliefs, junk mind food, being put out and pray against it or just turn it off. I believe what you said about the data input imprinting human dna. fascinating insight and links you posted, thank you.

Depression is anger turned inward. That is correct. I knew that a long time ago. What one can do is turn the depression aka anger turned inward, turn the anger outward. get angry, anger is good, anger alerts us, anger is a signal, to an injustice, anger makes us refuse to let bad mds inject our children with poisons or harmful drugs, anger makes us take the keys away from drunk drivers, which saves lives. The key is to control the release of anger and to ENCULTERATE the anger, like turning the 'furies into humanities' or a 'fury into a humanity'. For example, I do not like drunk drivers because a drunk driver hit someone I loved, so instead of being depressed, I got angry and joined SADD, Students Against Drunk Drivers and later MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers and as an enculterated group the fury of anger against drunk drivers was turned into, ENCULTURATED, into a humanitarian effort to get dui's off the road and SADD and MADD closed down in my area a 4AM bar that had sent 1000 drunk drivers into the community each year killing and maiming many in dui crashes, and did much good work in other areas to get dui's off the roads. Anger is good, anger is healthy when enculterated and channeled correctly. Anger is also Rightous Indignation and all should feel anger aka rightous indignation if they see an injustice, tresspass or iniquity occuring. Anger alerts and prompts us, warns us, anger signals us something is wrong, so we can do right, good, to identify and correct the errors and wrongs.
~~~~~~
And you are right in another point, body/mind connection. Unidentifiable anger is also a sign of a congested liver, if we clean the liver, liver flushes, diet, etc., hard to channel anger goes away, but we still have rightous indignation, which is a more enculterated form of anger, as an alert to us of an injustice or error.
