Toothpaste

A few days ago I bought some pure herbal ayurvedic toothpaste at Wild Oats here in Reno. It's wonderful. After oil pulling and swishing with pink salt I brush with it, and have a really clean feeling mouth. Well I put my speckles on this a.m. and read the ingredients, the 4th one is sodium lauryl sulphate. Gee I didn't know that was ayurvedic.LOL. Isn't that one of the things we need to stay away from? I also use Zyliwhite and Spry. The brand is Vicco, and the box says made with only the purest herbal ingredients. IT says that the Sodium Lauryl sulphate comes from indian coconut oil. What do you think. I really like it.
