Re: Not really losing weight

My height is 4'10". When I first decided to start a fast, I had no intention to lose weight. I was sick of an extremely unhealthy lifestyle, I lifestyle in which I was eating fast food late at night and getting literally no exercise. Once I started fasting, though, I started to lose weight and started to feel better. Once I lost some weight, it made it more comfortable for me to exercise, and I dont want that taken away from me now. If I am in danger of gaining weight rappidly, then what should I do to prevent this? Should I go back to a juice diet for a while, and then slowely work my way back into eaing solid food with a raw diet? And when would it be safe to start exercising again?
