Unless you are very short-under five feet, you weight is at or probably below where it needs to be. The fasting body has a wonderful way to prevent body weight from going dangerously low, it drastically slows down the metabolism. You will not lose much more weight and remain healthy. Of course, eventually you will go into starvation mode and the body will start comsuming itself. You really need to rethink fasting at this point. Also, you must be very careful to avoid gaining back weight too quickly. I am sorry to sound negative, but you are in a potentially dangerous place right now. Your body is telling you that you cannot afford to lose more weight right now, please listen to it. Is it your height or some other reason you want to be so terribly thin? How much of you health are you willing to sacrifice to achieve this weight?
