hun, you're not fat. it's just all those carbs and processed things make us crazy.
they're chalk full of hormones and chemicals that scew up your thinking. So many of us ED's acquiesce to the needs and wants of others, w/o thinking of ourselves.
You can do some vegitable fiber, protein, and fruit enzymes and still be thin.
Don't let the processed crap bring you down, no matter how elaborate the recipe....
