Hi - I just saw this message. Thanks so much for posting it! As I was reading the link, it sounded like exactly what I go through. I crave when I'm not hungry, usually after I eat! And when I don't find a way to conquer it, I eat all day and that day I feel like I ate like people who are really big probably eat all the time...and of course that's why I can't lose that last 15 lbs, etc....I eat even when I know it will make me feel bad and it doesn't make sense. To not crave and crave is wonderful - I like those days although most days are fighting days. Even when eating healthy I have this problem sometimes (example: bananas trigger me big time to eat even though they're supposed to be healthy). I'm going to research this more but thank you very very much!
