My advice to you is to drink water. Lots of it. Most people don't realize that when our stomach growls, it usually means we're thirsty, not hungry. Besides, it's really good for you, which I'm sure you know, and if you're full of water, you won't be as hungry.
If that is something that won't work for you, I'd suggest taking it slower. If you CAN'T control the urge, then surround yourself with foods that would be healthy to binge on like celery, carrots, cucumbers, and other raw veggies. Fruits are good also, but you have to be careful, because they are loaded with sugar.
