Oh my goodness! 13 pounds?!?! Wow, I've been thinking about doing the Liver/Gallbladder cleanse(not sure what recipe)since I started having pains in my right side in my lower rib cage that started the other day. I'm nervous because I had done a detox program 2 years ago that I experienced "Die Off" bad! I am currently doing a Candida protocol using Attogram Products using Bentonite Magma, Psyllium Seeds & Husks, Caproyl Oil & Probiotics. I've been doing this for 47 days and had no bad reactions at all. It's very mild. I noticed that the Hulda Clark 's recipe says you should do a parasite and Kindey cleanse. What recipe did you follow?
