Re: So self defeating
--- I'm pretty sure it's somewhere in your "big book" that it's not your job to decide/diagnose the addictions of others.---
I don't diagnose anybody. You diagnosed what is wrong with AA.
If you are here to diagnose whats wrong with AA or find fault with it, thats fine.
Whatever works for you is fine also. Be happy, be well :)
But it seems to me you are attacking what works for others in AA and not expecting a response to your great revelations.
I have seen others disect and question every word in AA and add their own meaning to it, just like any other book.
It all boils down to doing what works for you and leave the rest behind.
This is hardly the forun to fix what you decide is wrong with AA. Some people have come into AA and tried to change it around and fix it according their own revelations and enlightenment for years, but it still remains the same and still works for those that try it.
