The single most dramatic change in me is in how much I eat... Since March 2005 when I began this trek in earnest (I had made small changes already, like giving up alcohol, fake sugars, and sodas) my dietary intake of FOOD is about 15 - 20% of what it was then. I am NOT talking calories here folks as I do drink a lot more, mostly herbal teas, green drink smoothies and juices, and I ingest plant oils, BUT it does not bother me at all to go a day or more on a few pieces of fruit and\or a large salad. In fact, I made a large salad the other day after work and only ate half of it... that was all I wanted.
An interesting aside is that I am still eliminating like I was when I was eating HUGE. I know, I know, I am full of crap.
