3: As for Thyroid function eat more Okra - as this promotes proper function.
4: Don't eat Chicken. Particularly problematic for B-Types. We do better with Wild Meats and Lamb, except for fowl.

Rhesus + or - isn't really too important as the BTD is concerned.
