Re: Gallbladder problems and depression (SAD)

We used to watch the Johnny Carson shows! But about 40 years ago, since I was always tired I found out if I got up earlier I felt better, of course I did not know why. I felt the best when I slept 7 1/2 hours.
At that time I did not know anything about the sleep cycles.

I did not change my pattern till I started following Ayurveda (Andreas).
The best way to start is getting up early first and then slowly you need to go to bed earlier. Don't take naps!
Even my husband has gotten used to it.
We call ourselves now morning people, by 4 pm it is kind of getting late :)

I always thought Depression was feeling unhappy and I was not, just sluggish. This started the use of amphetamines. I must say that worked great for me, every 4-5 days I would sleep to catch up. Now I know not healthy.

Allergies: never knew sinus problems, sore throat, tickling in the ears, being sluggish were all symptoms too. I thought only sneezing from hayfever was an allergy.
I used to rinse my mouth with salt water since I thought my tooth was infected. And my mother brought me liquorice from Holland for my sore throats.

I have also trouble with certain foods, but now I start finding out how to eat better and better and still finding out new things.

Last year when my brother was visiting, we got up and I felt fine, then I ate something (can't remember what) and I said I feel like I am fading and he told me that it showed in my face, it was that obvious.

So for me it has been a blessing that I got gallstones, otherwise I would never have found Curezone.
Liverflushing has been a miracle cure for me and it got me to improving my lifestyle.
Always learning more!
