I use organic/cold pressed Sunflower oil every morning upon awakening. I also do a neti wash in the shower after I have brushed and swished with Sea Salt and baking soda.

I take oxy cleanse to oxygenate my bowels and assist in elimination; I take Primal Defense probiotic, 100mg of zinc, a multivitamin=Vita-Mins, collodial silver to clear bacteria, Isocort for my adrenals, tanalbit for heavy metals and candida, silymarin for my liver, flax seeds, lots of organic veggies, no fruit except lemons and some avocado, copious amounts of water, and walk one hour per day.

I also do Liver Cleanses every two weeks, use a zapper to kill bacteria, viruses and parasites. I was also taking a multitract called Candosolve Blend that contains chapparal, pau d'arco, Olive Leaf, Black-Walnut and white lily pond in a vegetable glycerin. This will kill parasites however I discontinued taking it because I tested it with a pendulum and it didn't test well and it also caused a malodor.
