What is wrong with me???? Someone please help

I am so frustrated :( I know I had parasites to begin with because I could actually see them in the toilet. I started the Clarkia cleanse, started eating lots of pineapple and pumpkin seeds and really cutting back on the sugar, eating mostly raw vegetables, fruits (mostly just avocado, pineapple, rasberries), brown rice, sometimes eggs, free-range chicken, salmon. I haven't exactly been doing as well as I could be on the diet, but I've definitely come a long way from how I used to eat. Anyways, I only have a couple days left on the Clarkia cleanse and my symptoms are exactly the same. My main symtoms are red, irritated eyes, dark undereye circles, really bad skin (I have Acne on my face, back, chest, upperarms), and pale stools. The Acne thing is weird...the "acne" (if that's even what it is) on my chest comes and goes really quickly, and it's not always there. Same with my upperarms. The Acne on my back used to be worse but now I mostly just get small little pimples. My face has been getting worse and worse lately though. My facial skin also has a very aged look to it, even though I'm only 24. The funny thing is, I actually feel a lot better than I look. If I didn't look so horrible, I probably wouldn't even notice anything was wrong with me. I understand that a parasite problem doesn't just go away in a month, but what else could be wrong with me according to these symptoms? I recently had bloodwork done and everything supposedly came back fine (which I find hard to believe). I know there are tons and tons of things they didn't test for though. ..ahhhh frustration.
