Re: 40 day water fast tommorow, but i need help

HI. im 5'2 and 180 so im way bigger than you lol and this is my first fast ever! today is the beginning of my thrid day and the tempation has been killer but im sticking with it.. i have lost over 5 pounds in two days gone so far adn over 4 inches aregone from my body. my stomach measured 1 inch smaller than 2 days ago.. my legs are 1/2 smaller each my arms are 1 inch smaller each my chest is 3/4 of an inch smaller. i really cant "see" the difference yet but the tape measure (fabric one used to meausre the body) doesnt lie.

my fast will end christmas eve. i think a 40 day fast will be extra hard because that measn youll be fasting through the holidaysbut i wish you luck and i know you can do it ifi can .. i was eating 3 huge meals a day and snacking constantly,, and ive never gone without eating,
