Yes water only for as long as I can make it. I made a 30 day water only fast once before so I am hoping I have the same success. If I start to falter, I will add vegetable juice. Exercising is important to me - I will be doing some cardio and weights. Last time I did the fast my body changed dramatically and I think it was the exercise that really made a difference - I dropped two sizes, close to three in thirty days.
Over the past few months I have been eating like crap and no matter how much I exercise the weight has been creeping up. I dont want to start the new year off feeling this way. Thirty days is a small sacrafice to feel better.
