well i went to sleep early last night and woke up around 9 this morning, its only 12:20 right now and im about to die for some food. like i said before i have NEVER missed a meal. i love food. all i do all day long is watch food network and try to see what yummy stuff i can make for dinner. LOL. i went out and got a scale I weigh 182 and i also bought a measuring tape (the kind they use to measure the body) this way i can see how many inches i lose.
how many days will it take before im not wanting food every second?
