Yea, over the past few years I have stopped using alot of things. Because of formaldhyde I can not use fabric softner sheets, I have to use the liquid type. I use a free/no scent type. I also use Cheer Free. I don't wear make up. I wear one perfume I have worn for years. Formaldhyde is a preservative so who knows what else it is in that I may be coming in contact with.

I will give the Burts Bees line a try. I am just worried about the cold/hot issue I have going on right now.
