Vague but I hope helpful advice:
1. PreventiveLabs.com,
http://www.directlabs.com, http://www.PrivateMDLabs.com I have not read up on any of these but a quick search for labs that will do tests without an Rx brought up these results. Maybe one will work for you.
2. Don't blindly take
Antibiotics (the Rx kind) - instead, try to find out what kind of
parasite you have and then do a web search to see what kind of
Antibiotic or other product will kill that specific bug. If you really can't find a lab, or don't trust their results, and still feel you must take Rx
Antibiotics , proceed very carefully to avoid giving yourself a candida problem. Candida is an entirely different topic, google it if you aren't familiar. Very important to do things to avoid getting a candida problem!
3. There are a few very basic
Antibiotics at large pet supply stores, in the fish department, if you are willing to take the fillers they probably have in them. I found tetracyline and erythromycin there, in little powder packets.
