You do have choices...to choose to support
habits and behaviors which say YES to you
or to support those which do not say YES
to you. One key to success in choosing the
choice which supports your long term goals
to regain health and a better quality of life,
is living in the moment, in the NOW. All of
us came to forks in our lifepath, and many
of us made choices which were less than
perfect and looking back we can bemoan the
reality that we did choose the path of least
resistance and so, much like going back and
kicking a dead dog, this is wasted energy.
You do not have to allow the choices in your
past to direct where you are going now...

You CAN change and make choices NOW which
will bring you to actualization of goals
which NOW are appropriate. It may be difficult
at first to do this for yourself since your
mind is still "addicted" if you will, to the
thoughts and behaviors which got you where
you are. You may consider looking at your
child and visualizing them at different
ages and hugging you and you hugging them and
taking walks with them and hey, who knows the
joy that future grandchildren may bring to
you, and how, by your example and courage in
making changes in your life now, might not
inspire them and those who make fun of you.

It took a long time for you to layer your
body in fat and to *stuff* those feelings
into your skin like a sausage maker diligent
at work. Likewise, it will take time to, piece
by piece, take those feelings out and realize
that in your maturity, those feelings no longer
serve you and that in actuality, you are only
hurting yourself in hanging onto them. You can
replace them with other feelings, other behaviors
which can bring you joy and courage and peace
with your past, and your present, AND future.

I would like to encourage you to write out a
plan. Do this quietly, in your own space without
drama and fanfare. This will be your commitment
to yourself and if you honor this commitment,
you WILL regain the life of your NOW dreams.

You will need to consider doing bowel cleansing.
Fortunately at Curezone, you have a virtual school

So, read, read, read. Keep a glass of water handy
and whenever you feel stress, drink up. Get your
