Re: David Wolfes book "eating for beauty"

lol your post seriously cracked me up!!!!
I know what you are talking about, I hate it when people do that. It's like if you buy an exercise video, but the leader doing the exercises has fat thighs and a flabby gut. UM, do I want to do their lousy exercises if that is the best result I'll get? NO!!
If they talk about "building muscle" but are skinny as a twig, why would anyone listen?

If the book is about beauty such as smooth, clear skin and strong, glossy hair, clear eyes, etc., then that is how the girl on the front of the published book should look. "Better than before" shouldn't be the cover. It can be the inside, but not the cover.

If I may add something, I think the people in the pictures should be eating the diet. Why would I want to see the face of some girl who eats regular food on the cover of a raw book? If it works then there should be someone (male or female) who had good enough results (plus natural good looks) to be on the cover! And the inside!

I'll tell you who looks good - Tonya Zavasta! I saw her in person a few weeks ago! Especially her skin! She is 100% raw. She has a book about raw beauty that you might want to read, I think it's called "Beautiful on Raw" or something like that.
