Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There are many who I think are beautiful, yet you will deem "an ugly fat slob", and vice versa (although I wouldn't call someone a fat slob, that's just rude). Who are you to say what it beautiful for everyone else? Who are you to judge someone by their outward appearance?

By beauty, David Wolfe means and healthy glow, beautiful skin, a healthy body, ect. That doesn't necessarily mean suddenly gaining the facial features of Cindy Crawford. HEALTH is beauty.
