The book is about eating for BEAUTY. It is about outside beauty and skin care and how to avoid wrinkles and have flawless skin and beautiful hair all from eating the right foods. The book is not about eating for spirituality. Therefore, I feel that David Wolfe should put a BEAUTIFUL woman on the cover and not an ugly woman. He got many complaints about the the girl with the UGLY FACE on the cover of his first book and that is why he published a revised second edition with a new BEAUTIFUL dark haired woman on the cover of the second revised edition book. It makes no sense to write a book about how to have beautiful skin and hair and put an unhealthy looking UGLY woman on the cover. That would be like writing a book about nutrition and putting a FAT SLOB on the cover and saying if you eat all the fruit and vegetables in this nutrition book then you will be an UGLY FAT SLOB just like the girl on the cover.

And YES, I did read the book and it is VERY GOOD and informative with tons of knowledge. I recommend it to anybody who wants to improve their complextion, get rid of wrinkles, have thicker hair, everything to with outer beauty is in this book. It speaks of everything you should eat to get that skin glowing with beauty.
