Sorry for late reply. Your wife is so young and it's bad that she has so much pain. Yes in agreement to the above post, these shots are not addressing the cause of all this. Has she always had flat feet? Could you give her some gentle foot massages? How is her dental health? Has she got fillings, root canals, had teeth taken out? I would say the answer lies in her being toxic as with most things. Her diet is making things worse but you sound like a good husband and I hoep she can see that she needs to change this. have a look on the moreless pages about a ph balanced diet. Ypu could make her delicious soups from all the alkalising foods with lots of herbs. She will need to cleanse her liver and kidneys and rid parasites. The sections I would look at are the barefoot, the moreless and any dental forums. Look at the Hulda Clark section of ailments, there is a section about the feet and acid build up.
