I meant to say FOOT, not FOOD, I edited the message. However she has flat feet. Birkenstock shoes provided some relief. doctor told her to throw them out. He gave her a night splint and she went back in a week. Pain Pain Pain. He gave her a Star Wars Storm Trooper boot to wear for 3 weeks. Pain Pain Pain, while taking prednisone which makes her sweat profusely, no sex drive, etc. This is odd, the no sex drive. However unimportant at the moment. She went back yesterday and he gave her a cortizone shot, plus the boot for another 6 weeks. She was in absolute agony last night, a 9 of 10. We're at wits end as to what to do here. The diagnosis is post tibular tendonitis. She has flat feet as well. She can never wear boots, high heels, etc.

This doctor told her to start wearing high heels as it would help her foot. However she tried that and the pain is too much. She has some inserts that were made a while back for her sneakers, but they don't help much either. Nothing works. We want to ride mountain bikes again, hike. However she can't walk hardly. She's 31 years old. Now her diet is crap. Mac and cheese, ketchup. I've got her to start eating organic. She wont drink the fresh apple/carrot juice I make. I keep telling her how important this is, but she wont listen. I've told her, anything in a box = dead is no good.

Any advice is appreciated.
