Thank you so much for responding! My antibodies are quite low, I think they were only like 15. My face was puffy before the Armour, but Armour seemed to make it much worse. I did not take synthetic hormone before the Armour. I am currently not taking anything because I was upset about being so puffy. My puffiness has gone down somewhat since stopping the Armour, for awhile I didn't think I would ever get my face back. What is the puffiness? Is it the paratoid glands swelling, or what? It seems very strange to me. I am aggressively treating the candida right now. In the past, when the candida got under control, the puffiness improved dramatically. Right now it seems to be taking a lot longer...but I am impatient. I'm kind of relieved that your face went back to almost normal after being really puffy. Apparently it's not permanent (thank God!) What do you think about me taking kelp and/or the thyroid thru at the same time as treating the candida? I will also read your thread about Chinese medicine. I go to an acupuncturist but I don't know if I told him I have a thyroid problem. I think I only mentioned the candida. When I do the acupuncture, he puts needles directly in my areas of puffiness on my cheeks, among other places. It seems to help a little bit, but not a whole lot. Maybe I'll bring in your regime for him to look at.
