Do a parasite cleanse. You've obviously dislodged one in your coffee enema. There will not be just one. I remember when I did P&B SHakes and followed BMs with enemas I found a couple of intestinal flukes and was mortified.

There is the ask humaworm forum. He will probably even be able to tell you which parasite it was. BUt his product will get rid of all you parasites for you.
