Help please

After coffee enema yesterday I discovered yesterday that in the water something
was MOVING. That was appr. 5mm long and alongated about 1mm thick, off white colour
and had little hair at the front. I was very energetic moving and looked prety
scary. Sometimes I feel some itching in my bottom and now think that this creature
has got something to do with it. Can you help please???
