Re: Magnesium, Liver Flush, Candida and confused

i have just read anthony's mail
and i have the same symptoms! i have gone to hospital so many times but the doctors have never tested me for h.pyroli. now that i know what is making me so sick atleast i can approach the doc knowing what to tell him. i get this really nasty pain below my rib cage, too much gas, some funny noises, i get this bad saliva that comes to my mouth and i get nauseated then i feel like throwing up. but the pain is what worries me and theres alot of discomfort. i feel relieved when i 'let out gas' and its alot! i get bloated so many times too. am so frustrated and i have to get some help. i have duodenal ulcers and everytime i visit the doc, he gives me a antacids and i have taken so many different types am so fed up.

am just wondering if anyone can advice me on what types of food to eat, and which ones to avoid? what should i also do, and what medication should i be given?
