Thanks Fungifactor. I will use your advice & give it a whirl. That was really informative. I suspected it was yeast/mold because when I used to make homemade kombucha the "dirt" really increased & I got black shading on my hands & feet. My question is how is it that some people like Sandor Katz (basically lives symptom-free from HIV/AIDS due to fermented foods--wrote the book Wild Fermentation) dose on fermented foods & heal w/it? You would think naturally it would cause an overgrowth of yeast/mold. Also same w/Donna Gates's Body Ecology Diet (supposedly combats candida & she used it to cure herself) which advocates lots of fermented food regularly like kefir, coconut kefir, cultured veggies.
I will also try adding chlorophyll as I've seen your posts elsewhere. What about spirulina and E3 will they also help prevent or suppress mold from growing?
