I used yoghurt (full fat) and I have a Family Grain Mill that I hand-crank. I do like the flour I get out of it and it's a nice upper-body workout. I would like to eventually get the Bosch Univeral Mixer and get the attachment that lets me "electrify" my grinder. I like to have the human powered option. Something about the self-sufficiency (sp?) appeals to me. I'm going to try it again. I am sprouting some wheat right now and I may try my old recipe (with some modifications) with the sprouted flour. We'll see..... !
