Has anyone tried the NT banana bread recipe? I even went out and got some LeCreuset stoneware bread pans and it still came out like a soggy brick. -- All hard and burnt on the outside and gooey on the inside. I LOVE banana bread and have the most awesome recipe, but it's conventional.... maybe I'll try to convert it.... this is getting expensive....! Any feedback would be sooo appreciated!!! {BTW I'm brand spanking new here so "Hello all!" :-)
