best to poo in a collander/strainer and take pictures next time. im surprised this isnt done more w/ the prevalence of digital cams. rather people tend to just describe what they expel.

ive taken pics in the past and i often look back at them at in amazement. i cant believe i expelled so many stones compared to what yield now.
