Southern belle I wished you lived next door to me. Do you think I should do a Bowel Cleanse first or a parasite cleanse or are they both the same? Where can I find the products for a Bowel Cleanse or parasite cleanse. I feel very uncomfortable today but the pain is on both of my sides and further down and sometimes I get like cramping in my stomach.. I feel very tired and crabby I really should be locked in a room . And also I feel very bloted. I don't know what's wrong.. I am 42 maybe it is mentapause..
I read you also do enemas how do you dothem and what is the best to use..
