For some people the PB is rough on the intestines.
The oxygen creates an environment in which parasites are not happy (the same as cancer). It is a personal choice, it cleanses in about 1-2 weeks, but some people don't like the buttpee.I use only oxypowder, but only buy it when it is on sale for about $29, but that does not happen too often, so I buy several bottles.
You also can get a good cleaning with liverflushing and the Epsom Salts . Check out the liverflush forum, very cheap.
Not more than 3x a year you can also try the Epsom Salts for 3 weeks 1 tsp in the morning when you get up. That is the cheapest not more than I would guess $2. Tweet
