The book itself is overwhelming as it gives so many different exercises, the possibilites are endless.
I suggest you start with the "Weng Ar Hong" exercise as detailed on pages 54 to 56. Make sure you read from page 51 first so as to understand how to sit or stand.
This exercise creates a lot of cellular vibration around the body and dissipitates negative energy blockages.
You can do this one as often as you like, from 1 minute to several hours, whatever you feel able to do at the time.
