Re: hydrolized collagen/digestion
Thank you for that information. It was nice of you to get back to me ( and the board in general ).
Yes it's so hard trying to locate and decifer all this info isn't it? And in the end it may or may not be helpful to our own specific body.
Well I am sorry to say I'm struggling to understand the digestion issue. I never had poor digestion ( at least not to this extent ) before I became ill. I really think it's down to the candida causing things to go awry. It has done quite a lot of damage, destroying the gut wall therfore doing away with my natural digestive enzymes.
Correcting is has been a VERY LONG and tenuous battle. The only thing I have ever found that helps at all is raw sauerkraut by a company called Rejuvenative Foods. Before that one I tried a few other brands and they did nothing. It's so wierd how it can take that one specific thing to turn us around in the righr direction. After I began eating it, I had enough energy to exercise ( barely..I pushd myself at first ) and now I have managed a high intensity workout and even started running with my husband. But I still have a long long way to get yet. Perhaps this is something I will always have to manage. I don't know.
Yep I'll bet that was you who used to enjoy the alkanalizing issue. If I recall correctly you're kind of a
Science buff ( like shroom ) :-). You used to market the Greens Plus supplement right? I guess it's been a while. Perhaps my memory is better than I thought. Ha ha
