Just saw your message. There are a few good products that I know of. If you go to Ejuva.com website and order Combi (a live psyllium vs. dead product) & Renew (bowel mover & some parasite herbs in the blend). The price is a little high, but you won't be disappointed!

You can also try a different psyllium product that has Triphala in it among other things. Triphala also helps with balancing emotions. Many times when cleaning the colon, old seated emotions come up to the surface and Triphala helps with this and helps with the colon movement. You can try Michael Tierra's Tri-Cleanse that can be purchased at the health food store or at planetaryformulas.com
