Question Rabbitears

Where do I find herbal fiber blend. It too has psyllium. won;t that plug me up more? like you said. I too am very constipated. Have to take Mg O all the time to keep things moving on out. And the Liver Cleanses don;t work. Maybe there are worms plugging me up there also.
