Media Observation

My mother and I were talking today about seed savers, gardening and such. Mom's peppers are coming in, yum; Citrus around the corner :-)

What she told me was little disconcerting.

She subscribes to organic gardening journals and magazines and watches these shows on TV when she gets a chance. She said today that she is a little upset that the shows and magazines are moving away from the food planting, gardening and landscaping, to the ornamental plants and flowers.
